The contractor must hold a valid state of florida certified building contractor cbc, general contractor gc or roofing contractor license and should provide proof of current licenses with their quote submittal.

Services not delivered as per delivery date in quote and purchase order may result in contractor being found in default, in which event any and all reprocurement costs may be charged against the defaulting contractor.

To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) as of the date and time of the bid opening in the following disciplines: c039 hvac, c008 general construction, or c009 general construction alterations and additions. Additionally, if the bidder is not classified by the DPMC in the following disciplines, the bidder shall be required to retain subcontractors that are so classified: c030 plumbing, c032 hvacr, and c047 electrical.
