All contractor personnel who will have access to grand jury material will need to be cleared. Reporters are required to be duly authorized notaries for the state or district in which the deposition is held.

The USAO has the absolute right to inform the contractor of the unacceptability of specific court reporters. Failure to provide an acceptable reporter may lead to the USAO obtaining services from another source.
