This debris clogged the east side drain beside the home, and, in part damaged the deck behind the home Abatement efforts will include removing the debris from the east side drain; then a reinforced concrete ditch is proposed to provide a long- term stable drain. This will provide for stability for the Hacker residence and the residence on the east side. Similarly, the back of the home ( north side), will have debris removed. The modular stalls and interlocking stall mats will be part of BP- 2.
