The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey for the procurement of hardware, training, scenario development, and system operation and maintenance for an Air Traffic Controller Training Simulator Operation and Related Services under the Tower Simulation System (TSS) program. The survey seeks information about potential vendors and their capabilities, and requires responses to specific questions regarding vendor experience and approaches to managing large-scale projects, including hardware and software maintenance, training, and collaboration. The government intends to award a purchase order based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
