rehabilitation project at a house located at **** 43rd street Bathroom: 1. walk in shower with low curb in place of the shower tub combo. 2. replace gfci at the vanity. 3. remove the gfci near the shower 4. bath vent fan light combo vented to exterior. 5. window removal and frame in the r. o. for the new tub. 6. coil stock white over the exterior r. o for existing window caulked with white quad. 7. insulate and drywall the framing with green board for moisture. 8. mud, tape, sand, and prime the new board. 9. paint the bathroom walls corner to corner of the new area with matching paint. 10. install 2 new grab bars in the shower. 11. new delta single handle with new shower head. Kitchen: 1. replace all the gfci in the kitchen with new. including the ones that have existing gfci. 2. add the refrigerator receptacle on its own circuit. 3. replace the disposal under the sink to a to its own circuit for the disposal and dishwasher. 4. replace the door knob on the pantry door. 5. remove the pocket door and replace th
