The US Army Corps of Engineers (ERDC) is seeking a vendor for the supply of additively manufactured WAAM parts (sector gear top hinge). The offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit their offers via email to ***@***. *. * and ***@***. *. * by 1:00 PM CST on June 27, 2025. The offer must include a technical description of the items, pricing, shipping costs, estimated delivery date, cage code and/or DUNS number. The delivery must be FOB destination to a location specified later. The part must be placed on a strong wooden pallet capable of holding a **** lbs. steel object that is approximately 45 inches long. This pallet must be able to be moved by the properly sized forklift truck. The contractor must crate the part for storage using a wooden box cover. The part must not be oiled for shipping. Delivery shall be made no later than 5 weeks after award. The government will inspect the parts at times during fabrication and prior to shipment. At final shipping, the government will inspect the parts and the shipping container for final acceptance of the parts and shipping methods. The contractor will have all visual and NDT inspections complete and documented for government review prior to final acceptance. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The offer will be evaluated based on technical capability and the lowest quote. The government reserves the right to award a master BPA if additional vendors are identified as capable of providing the required items.
