Bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM on June 30, 2026, at the Sachem Central School District administrative offices, purchasing office, 51 School Street, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY ****.

Contractor must be trained and qualified to perform work on equipment covered under this contract. Contractor must be authorized by equipment manufacturers to access proprietary information, if necessary, in order to properly repair equipment. Contractor must be insured as indicated herein.

In the event of the failure to perform within the time stated in the schedule or purchase order, the bid deposit, if any, made with this bid, or so much thereof as shall be applicable to the unfulfilled amount of the award made to the undersigned, shall be retained by the board. Furthermore, the board may demand payment by the undersigned bidder to cover the difference between the price or prices for which such items shall be subsequently purchased, less the amount of the bid deposit retained by the board.

Illegible or vague bids may be rejected. Incomplete bid responses may be rejected. Failure to fulfill any requirements of the bid documents may result in being considered nonresponsive. Bids written in pencil will not be considered. Failure to properly complete the bid and/or provide all required information may result in the bid being disqualified as nonresponsive.

Services must be completed prior to 1 September 2026.

Award will be made to the quoter whose quotation offers the best value to the government, considering technical approach, past performance, and price.

The contractor must provide qualified personnel who hold a valid California C4 or C36 boiler, hot water heating, and steam fitting license. Documentation of qualifications must be submitted with the bid.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for 01 July, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT. Participants are requested to assemble at building 150 at TRACEN Petaluma. Contractors seeking access must request the commercial access form by emailing smb. forcecom. 048@uscg. mil.

The government may, at its sole discretion via the contracting officer, direct the contractor to remove any contractor employee from DHS facilities for misconduct or security reasons.

Bids must be received electronically by Monday, June 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.

Payment terms are Net 60 after receipt of properly executed invoice or delivery and acceptance, whichever is later.

The contractor agrees to accept full responsibility for all fire alarm systems and to leave them in first-class condition on the termination date.

The intent is to award this bid to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.

All technicians furnished under this contract shall have at least five years of experience in fire alarm systems, and at least one technician servicing the account shall have a class D technician license.

Failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid award will constitute a default and may be cause for contract cancellation. The university may purchase goods or services on the open market and surcharge the vendor with excess costs.

Written inquiries must be received in the UL Lafayette Office of Purchasing no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the opening of bids.

Failure to meet all mandatory requirements, including submitting incomplete technician information or missing mandatory attachments, may be cause for rejection of the bid.

The period of performance shall not exceed 90 days from award.

The government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor, whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is determined to be the most advantageous to the government, with consideration given to technical acceptability and price.

Quotes must include company name, street address, city, state, zip, CAGE code, and Unique Entity ID (UEI).

A site visit is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at 10:00 am EDT at Bldg. 7 on Stout Field. RSVP is required by June 11, 2026, at 4:00 pm EDT. A site visit is highly encouraged.

The final day to submit questions is June 24th, 2026 at 4 p. m. EST. Questions and answers sheet shall be published via solicitation amendment nlt June 29th, 2026 at cob.
