Construction Manager At Risk for new Kathleen Government Center
Construction Manager at Risk ( CMAR) services for a new government center Preconstruction and construction phase services for a new 70, 000- 75, 000 sq ft facility, including site development, building construction, walking trails, green space, playground, and community spaces.

Prime contractors must be Florida-certified general contractors, in business for at least 10 years, possess a Polk County local business tax receipt, and have CMAR experience. Prime contractor must be a state of Florida certified general contractor GC and should provide proof of current general contractors licenses with their submittal.
Violation of the code of ethics or communication prohibitions can lead to disqualification. Employment of unauthorized aliens is a violation and grounds for contract termination. Any such communication initiated by a proposer or prospective proposer shall be grounds for disqualifying the offender from consideration for a contract to be awarded pursuant to this rfp.
