Weston Public Schools is seeking proposals for design services for HVAC upgrades at Hurlbutt Elementary School's North House. Proposals are due April 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The contract will involve multiple case studies over five years, with each case study requiring 36 months of advance planning, pre-workshop webinars, a 13-day workshop (virtual or in-person), and a case study report. The scope of work includes managing and facilitating scenario planning processes, applying scenario-based adaptation planning approaches, and product development and communication. The contract is a time and materials contract with three labor categories. The estimated total value for the contract is $410,000.
