Payment for completion of state contracts is normally made within 30 days following the date the entire order is delivered and accepted or the date the invoice is received, whichever is later.

Contractor warrants that all goods. . . shall be free from defects in materials, design and manufacture for the duration of this contract.

ODOC may award one or more contracts based on the lowest responsive bids by responsible bidder per line item, groups of items, or all or none, whichever is in the best interest of odoc.

Backordered items must be fulfilled and delivered within eight (8) business days from the original scheduled delivery date. Business days are strictly defined as Monday through Thursday, excluding state/federal holidays.

Canteen will strictly reject any backordered items delivered after the eighth (8th) business day expires. Any associated invoices will be voided, and canteen will bear no financial liability for late backorders.

Upon execution of the intent to award, bidder shall be required to provide three (3) to five (5) samples of each product for evaluation purposes at no cost to Canteen. All costs associated with the delivery of the requested samples shall be borne solely by the bidder, and these samples will not be returned.
