The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a food service provider for their headquarters building. The contract is for 2 years with 3 annual renewal options. The provider must have the necessary insurance and meet security requirements, including a fingerprint background check for staff. A mandatory onsite visit is required on June 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on July 11, 2025. The provider will pay a 3% commission to the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) on gross sales. Monthly reports and payments are required. The provider must have a point-of-sale platform that accepts credit cards.

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks a contractor to calibrate and repair emergency vehicle speedometers for the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP). The awarded offeror must be a currently approved official calibration testing station for speedometers by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and certified as such. The offeror must possess and maintain PennDOT-approved equipment capable of calibrating two-wheel and all-wheel drive vehicles, and the equipment must be transported to each PSP station within the commonwealth. A letter from the vehicle manufacturers certifying the mobile unit used for the speedometer calibrations, a copy of the PennDOT-approved testing station and equipment certifications, and a speedometer testing report must be submitted for each vehicle upon calibration and/or repair. Background checks are required for all employees who will have access to commonwealth facilities. Calibration and repair services must be provided in accordance with the PSP annual service schedule. The schedule is subject to change as required by the PSP.

The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking bids for calibration and repair services for radar speedtiming devices. The awarded offeror must be a currently approved official electronic device testing station for radar devices by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and include certifications with bid submission. The testing of the radar must be mobile and conducted at the stations across the commonwealth. Offerors must provide a background check for each employee who will have access to commonwealth facilities. A chain of custody form must be provided to remove the radar units from the station for repair until the units have been returned. The offeror must provide the original and one copy of the standard calibration certificates to the station upon completion of the services for radar unit calibration. The MV471A is the required certificate of accuracy form for radar. The department will require the following: a copy of legibly typed itemized invoices, a copy of service report repaired units, and one copy of the standard calibration certificate monthly. Calibration and repair services must be provided in accordance with the PSP annual service schedule (appendage A). The schedule is subject to change as required by the PSP. Background checks are to be conducted prior to initial access and on an annual basis thereafter. The awarded offeror must comply with all requirements set for in these specifications. Services to be effective upon issuance of a valid purchase order with four optional one year renewals.
