This notice of intent solicits architect-engineer (A/E) firms for environmental compliance projects at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) in Rome, NY, and other sites. The contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The minimum amount for the first task order will be the value of the first task order, and the maximum ordering amount is $4,500,000 over the five-year ordering period. Firms beyond a 120-mile radius of Rome, NY, should be prepared to demonstrate their ability to meet the emergency response time.

The government intends to negotiate a sole source award with Sciencetech for the procurement of **** optical instruments, test equipment, components and accessories. No other company can meet the resolution specification over the specified wavelength range. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which will be considered.
