The solicitation is for the removal and replacement of carpet and rubber wall base in office buildings. A site visit is mandatory on November 14th, 2025. Questions must be submitted by November 20, 2025. Proposals are due December 1st, 2025. Registration with SAM is required. The contract will be awarded based on low cost technically acceptable. Vendor paperwork is required for the awardee.
The payment terms are net 45 days from the latest of the following: buyers receipt of the sellers proper invoice, scheduled delivery date of the work or actual delivery of the work.
The seller warrants that all work furnished pursuant to this contract shall strictly conform to applicable specifications, drawings, samples, descriptions, and other requirements of this contract and be free from defects in design, material, and workmanship. All warranties shall survive inspection, test and acceptance of, and payment for, the work. All warranties shall run to buyer and its successors, assigns, the warranty shall extend for a period of one 1 year after buyers final acceptance unless a different period is set forth elsewhere in this contract.
Quotations will be evaluated using low cost technically acceptable to the government.
To be eligible for award, registration with the system of award management sam must be current.
Buyer may invoke and seller shall pay a late delivery penalty if seller is delinquent in meeting the delivery as agreed to on this purchase order. seller shall be charged at the rate of one percent 1 of the price of delayed items per day, to a maximum of five percent 5 of the total purchase order value.
Site visit will be held on friday november 14th, 2025 at 10: 00 a. m. cst.
All questions will need to be received nlt november 20, 2025 by **** cst.
