This is a contract for the repair and repainting of fencing at the U. S. Embassy Kyiv compound. The period of performance is 60 days after the notice to proceed is issued.

Sealed bids will be received by the purchasing agent of the city of summit, union county, new jersey no later than 11:00 a. m. prevailing time, September 10, 2025, in the council chamber, first floor, city hall, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, New Jersey for the summit city, park line project, phase 2. Bidders must comply with the requirements of any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and requirements, including but not limited to: N. J. S. A. 34:1156. 25 et seq. prevailing wage act, N. J. S. A. 52:2524. 2 statement of ownership disclosure, N. J. S. A. 10:531 et seq. and N. J. A. C. 17:27 et seq. affirmative action, N. J. S. A. 52:3244 business registration, and the city's adopted minimum standard insurance requirements. A bid security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,****, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the city of summit. The common council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals, waive any minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt pursuant to the local public contracts law, N. J. S. A. 40A:111 et seq.
