This is an invitation for bid for on-call property maintenance services for The Woodlands Township. The contract period is for 36 months, starting June 1, 2026, and ending May 31, 2029. Services include tree removal/trimming, property services (mowing, trimming, blowing, trash can/recycle can services, debris removal, fence/gate repair, mailbox installation/removal), and pressure washing/minor building repair. The contract is tax-exempt. Invoicing will be on a per-location basis, and payment will be remitted within 30 days of receipt of an approved invoice. Bidders must provide a notarized statement of qualifications, references, and proof of insurance. A bid bond of $5,000 is required. For bids exceeding $25,000, a payment bond and performance bond will be required after award.

The Woodlands Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional bids and to reject the bid of any bidder if the Woodlands Township believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project to make an award to that bidder, whether because the bid is not responsive or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Woodlands Township.
