Vendors must indicate what items have warranties and their duration. Proposals must specify the exact periods of warranty coverage for all proposed equipment.
The evaluation will be based on best value, cost and benefit for GRCC, technical and operational capabilities, project approach, vendor background, and customer references.
Each vendor must provide a brief description of its company, including its experience and history implementing similar solutions, and the qualifications of key personnel.
References may be contacted and site visits may be requested as part of the evaluation process.

Vendors deviating from communication requirements or failing to follow RFP format and provide requested information may be subject to disqualification.
