The Virginia Army National Guard requires prepared lunch and dinner meals for soldiers attending home station activities at the Roanoke Regional Readiness Center in Troutville, VA, from July 22 to September 14, 2025. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the delivery of prepared meals. Specific meal requirements, including allergy, vegetarian, and halal options, are detailed in the document. A menu must be provided to the COR 10 calendar days prior to the event. No nuts or seafood in meals. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, permits, and insurance pertaining to the food industry. The government reserves the right to direct the removal of an employee from government property or revoke access to government systems for misconduct, security reasons, or any overt evidence of communicable disease. Removal of contractor employees for reasons stated above does not relieve the contractor from responsibility for total performance of this contract.
