For failure to deliver or perform according to the accepted bid, the city may consider the contractor in default, purchase goods/services on the open market, and charge additional costs to the contractor. Failure to enter into a contract within ten working days may result in forfeiture of deposit.
Bidders will be held to have familiarized themselves with the conditions under which they will be expected to perform. No additional fees will be allowed for failure to inspect.
Contacting city staff outside the designated point of contact during the solicitation process may lead to nullification of results, dismissal of the submission, or the contacted party being required to recuse themselves from consideration.
