Contractor warrants work will be free from faults and defects for one year after final completion. the work will be of good quality, free from faults and defects, and in strict conformance with this contract for a period of one 1 year after final completion

Contract awarded to the most advantageous proposal based on: general background (10 points), company experience (40 points), proposed lump sum fee (40 points), and completeness and accuracy of proposal (10 points). the city intends to award the construction contract to the responsible and responsive contractor whose proposal is determined in writing to be the most advantageous

Contractors must register with the city's vendor registry, complete the proposal form, provide E-Verify form, current business license, and evidence of workers compensation and general liability insurance. contractor must have minimum workers compensation and general liability insurance in full force and effect
