The Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Panamerica Computers, Inc. (PCI Tec) for providing Graykey licenses. The contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract utilizing a federal supply schedule order procurement tool. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement by June 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM ET. The statement must demonstrate the ability to provide the required supply service, including proof of training and certification for performing service support for Magnet Forensics manufactured equipment and/or services, and an authorized distributor letter from Magnet Forensics if not the manufacturer. All submitted documents will not be returned. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Verbal responses are not acceptable.

Justification for other than full and open competition for sole source and limited competition acquisition. The acquisition is for supplies/services described as aim door unlock ambly **** ead: 24 annual **** ed: 120 5y9. The acquisition is restricted to sources known to have the capability of fulfilling the required services. BHPE LLC and Marathon/Northrop Grumman are identified as potential sources. A sources sought notice was posted on December 19, 2024. A market survey was conducted. The anticipated cost to the government will be fair and reasonable. Technical certification is required for acquisitions over $15 million. The justification cites 10 **** (available from only one or limited number of sources). Various reasons for the sole-source acquisition are listed, including lack of available data, cost exceeding projected savings, and high reliability requirements. Approval levels for the justification are detailed, with signatures and dates for the contracting officer, competition advocate, and head of contracting activity.

The US Embassy in Dar es Salaam is seeking quotations for smartphones. Quotations are due by July 7, 2025 at 3:00 PM East Africa time. Proposals must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * in specific file formats (MS Word ****, MS Excel ****, or Adobe Acrobat PDF) and must not exceed 30MB. Offerors must be registered in the SAM system (System for Award Management) prior to submission. Delivery of the smartphones must be made to the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam within 60 days of contract award. The government intends to award a contract based on initial quotations, without discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if needed.

The equipment must be the exact models specified to maintain compatibility with existing equipment. No substitutions. Awarded bidder must be capable of providing warranty service and technical support for all items provided under the award. The deadline for written questions is June 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Time CT. Should an addendum be required, it will be issued by June 5, 2025 2:00 PM Central Time CT. Additional quantities may be purchased within 60 days of award. Bid prices are firm for 12 months from bid opening date. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to, labor, equal employment opportunity, safety, environmental protection, and materials used in the work. Insurance requirements are specified in attachment A. The Texas A&M Forest Service reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time, and without penalty, either in whole or in part, if funds are not appropriated by the Texas legislature, or are not otherwise made available, or for any other unforeseen cause that may occur. The contract will be done in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions, and requirements of this IFB. The Texas A&M Forest Service will decide all questions which may arise as to the interpretation of specifications, quality, quantity, and acceptability of goods furnished or work performed. The Texas A&M Forest Service reserves the right to purchase additional quantities of the equipment listed herein. Orders for additional equipment shall be made by Texas A&M Forest Service purchase order and shall be made within sixty 60 days of award of this bid. Bidders shall hold price firm during this period. Additional quantities ordered shall be subject to the same terms, conditions and pricing of the initial bid response.

The US Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) requires the renewal of a Graykey license for unlocking and extracting data from Apple iOS devices. The period of performance is for one base year of 12 months, starting July 11, 2025, and ending July 10, 2026. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price type contract for the commercially available Magnet Forensics, LLC, Graykey license and maintenance fees. Responses to the information requested will assist the government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. All submissions must be electronically submitted no later than **** EST, Friday, May 30, 2025, to the contract specialist officer via email.
