Payment will be made only upon completion and acceptance of the project by kenner. Contractor shall invoice kenner upon completion of work by email to ***@***. *. * must be submitted within forty 40 days of services/materials billed for. Invoices submitted after this period are subject to non payment by kenner.
Awards will be based on compliance with the specifications and the delivery and/or completion date.
