This RFP solicits qualifications from engineering firms to conduct an investigation to assess the HPRS condition and recommend improvements for the west embankment, service spillway, and east embankment. The scope also includes assessing the structural condition of the stilling basin and recommending erosion protection for the downstream river channel to achieve a minimum service life of 40 years.
