The Woodlands Township is requesting bids for restenciling of pathway cautionary sets and parallel crosswalk striping. A prebid meeting will be held on March 9, 2026. Following satisfactory completion of work, payment will be made by the woodlands township within thirty 30 calendar days after monthly invoice and report is submitted.
Standard warranty on labor and materials. Warranties shall be for a period of one year, unless longer warranties are normally supplied.
Evaluation of bid considers the following: price, quality, timeline, product quality and vendors experience.
Bid submittal shall include at least 3 references with addresses and contact information of similar projects that the vendor has provided to similar clients within the past two 2 years.
Bidders should carefully examine the bid documents, specifications and other documents, visit the sites of the work, field verify quantities and fully inform themselves as to all conditions and matters which can in any way affect the work or the cost thereof.
