Option 1: payments will be made at the end of each month upon receipt of vendor's invoice. If multiple years are awarded, the same payment process will apply for each succeeding year. Each year the last payment will be held until repairs to the site, if any, are completed and approved by the director of operations or his designee. Option 2: payments will be made in six (6) monthly payments at the end of each month upon receipt of vendor's invoice, beginning November 2025 through and including April 2026. If multiple years are awarded, the same payment process will apply for each succeeding year. Each year the last payment will be held until repairs to the site, if required, are completed and approved by the director of operations or his designee.
The award will not be based solely on prices bid. All factors as indicated in these bid sheets will be considered in the award process.
Inadequate performance at any given school may result in termination of the agreement and the loss of payment for the same.
Before bidding, a visit should be made to the school to review with the building principal or custodian, the areas and the scope of work that will be required. All potential bidders should check in with the main office of the school prior to inspecting the grounds.
