Contractors must provide company status, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and Cage code, bonding limits, and descriptions of experience on up to three relevant projects completed as prime contractor or affiliates. Projects should be greater than 95% construction complete or completed within the last 5 years, similar in scope and complexity, and demonstrate at least 15% self-performance. For each project, include name, title, role, email, and phone of a reference, current percentage of construction complete, date of completion, project size, scope, dollar value, portion and percentage of self-performed work, whether it was design-build or design-bid-build, and the number of subcontractors by trade.

Deliveries and/or pickups shall be made within five (5) business days after receipt of a release notice. Unless specifically directed otherwise, all services shall be delivered and/or picked up Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 2:00 p. m. If the city terminates the contract due to the contractor's breach, the city has the right to purchase equipment elsewhere and charge the contractor for any additional costs incurred.
