The evaluation will consider understanding of requirements, vendor experience, ability to execute, innovation, cost, timeline adherence, and reference completeness. The contract period is for one year with two optional renewals.

The vendor expressly warrants that all equipment supplies andor services provided shall: 1 conform to every specification, drawing, sample, or other description which was furnished or adopted by mwsu, 2 be fit and sufficient for the purpose expressed in the rfp, 3 be merchantable, 4 be of suitable materials and workmanship, and 5 be free from defect.

All work to be performed by state of missouri licensed pest control commercial applicators. mwsu must receive a copy of each applicators license prior to commencing work.
There will be a mandatory prebid meeting on october 17, 2025 at 11: 00 a. m. in the vartabedian lobby. immediately following will be a site tour of the facilities that require interior treatment.
The last day for questions regarding this rfp is 9: 00 a. m. cst on october 21, 2025.
