Offerors must demonstrate experience performing dna/rna extraction and ddpcr and/or rtddpcr analysis on environmental, biological, cyanobacteria, algal, or cyanotoxin-related samples. The contractor shall demonstrate experience and technical capability in molecular methods applicable to cyanobacteria and cyanotoxin production.
