The notice seeks contractors for a twelve-month rental agreement for a vac con combination catch basin sewer cleaner. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary. The government will provide gasoline, diesel, motor oil, and antifreeze as needed. The contractor will perform all maintenance on the vehicle, and the government will not perform any repairs. The contractor will pick up the truck after the period of performance, and the truck will be full of fuel and maintained to the same standard upon pick up. The government will dispose of hazardous waste properly through base water waste plant and all state and local laws pertaining to waste disposal will be followed. Any emergency repairs and services will be performed by the contractor.

Sealed bids are solicited for furnishing items and services. Bidders must be authorized to bind the vendor. Bid submissions must be received by 06/19/2025 09:45 AM CST. Bid opening is at 10:00 AM CST. Bids must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * or physically by mail or hand delivery. The bid envelope must be sealed and identified with the project name, bidder name, address, and license number. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery. Bids must include all delivery charges, quoted on a net basis, F. O. B. Sowela destination. Payment terms are net 30 after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery and acceptance. Mandatory bid requirements are detailed in the document. Quantities are approximate. Sowela is exempt from Louisiana state and local sales and use taxes. Vendor must include all applicable taxes in the bid price. The solicitation contains all terms and conditions. Only the issuance of an official Sowela purchase order, contract, notification of award letter, or a notification of intent to award letter constitutes acceptance of a bid. Vendor warrants that products furnished will conform to specifications. Sowela reserves the right to test products for conformance. Delivery must be made no later than 10/20/2025. Failure to meet mandatory requirements will result in bid rejection.

Invitation to bid for school supplies, deadline to respond May 15, 2025, 1:00 PM local time.
