This RFI seeks information from industry on developing an advanced attribute-based satellite communications scheduling and resource management capability. Respondents must describe how they would leverage existing investments to manage ground resources across diverse networks, optimize scheduled resources, and support multiple users at various security classification levels. Responses should include details on solutions for scheduling operations from individual satellites to constellations, automated scheduling via machine-machine interfaces, RFI deconfliction, dynamic space operations, and scalability.
