Awards will be based on purchase price (35 points), vendor reputation (10 points), quality of goods/services (25 points), how well needs are met (15 points), past relationship (0 points), impact on HUB compliance (0 points), total long-term cost (5 points), principal place of business/employment (0 points), and compliance with district terms and conditions (10 points).
Vendors must submit a completed CIQ form, Edgar Vendor Certification Form, TRS Retiree Form, W9 Form, and three reference forms. A minimum cumulative evaluation score of 60% is required for award consideration.
Violating the cone of silence policy may subject vendors to debarment from bidding and contracting activities for up to 24 months. Providing false information may result in contract termination and criminal penalties.
