The solicitation is for the procurement of 146 each of NSN **** 006901100. The government retains the option to order an additional quantity up to 100 of this order for 365 days. The contractor must provide and maintain a quality system acceptable to the government in accordance with ISO 9001. The material supplied under this contract purchase order is intended for use on submarines surface ships and therefore shall contain no metallic mercury and shall be free from mercury contamination. Records of all inspection work performed by the contractor shall be kept complete and available to the government during the performance of the contract and for a period of four years after final delivery of supplies.

The government will issue an order resulting from this request for quotation to the responsible offeror whose quotation results in the best value to the government, considering both price and a non price factors.
