Sealed proposals are requested for professional assistance in implementing the monitoring, assessment, and adaptive management plan (MAAMP) for the VenturaWaterPure project. Proposals must be limited to 15 pages, excluding resumes. All costs associated with the preparation of proposals are borne by respondents. Submitted proposals will remain valid for six months after the submission deadline date.
Proposals must be submitted prior to Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM PST, in one hard copy and one PDF electronic copy.
The city will consider experience, education, project manager and team strength, organization, quality of previous experience with the city, program understanding, project approach, comprehension of project scope, identification of critical elements, method of executing work, meeting schedule milestones, understanding of city, agency, and stakeholder relationships, consultant qualifications, completeness of proposal, office location, and other points for consideration.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM PST at the Ventura Water Reclamation Facility's operations conference room.
