The contractor shall provide three 3 troop lodges that each accommodate 30 to 40 cadets and five chaperones, for a total of 115 bunk style beds with mattresses. cadets will be responsible for bringing their own sheets and pillows or sleeping bags. cadre will sleep in a separate lodging area. chaperones will be housed with cadets in order to maintain supervision at all times. The contractor shall provide separate lodging to accommodate up to 8 cadre to sleep.

The contractor shall provide services to pickup dirty ocie from georgia national guard cif on fort stewart, georgia. Once the items are cleaned, the contractor has 30 days to return the items. The contractor is responsible for scheduling the pickups and deliveries. It is anticipated that service will be required on a quarterly basis, but service could be requested more often, not to exceed monthly service. Clean all ocie in accordance with ar **** ocie as follows: sleeping bags will be rolled individually and banded. They will then be boxed by type and will not be mixed; poncho liners will be folded and banded in stacks of 10.
