This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes, not a commitment to contract. The US government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for the inspection and testing of ground ladders, hoses, appliances, and nozzles. Interested contractors must review the attached draft performance work statement (PWS) and submit a brief capability statement (no more than 2 pages) outlining their firm's capabilities in this industry, and any prior experience performing similar contracts. The service agency is responsible for attaining no escort required access to the following naval installations. Service agency personnel must be able to pass a background investigation to allow access to naval installations. Service agency shall obtain DBIDs IDs for all personnel prior to testing to ensure access to installations. The government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in preparing their responses to this source sought notice. A list of equipment and their locations is provided. Test records must be provided to the primary point of contact within 30 days of completion, in both electronic and hard copy formats.

Procurement of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) parts for the Air Force. The vendor must deliver all items in a single shipment within 47 weeks of order receipt. All deliverables must be new. The government will inspect all received items. A return policy is required for defective items within 30 days of receipt. Vendor must provide product data on all deliverable products. No government-furnished equipment or services are involved.
