The government intends to issue a firm fixed-price contract for a C2 cleaning line (vibb 22 40 ****). The contract completion date is 300 days after receipt of order. Initial inspection will be at origin, and final inspection and acceptance at destination (NAS North Island, California). The solicitation (****) is anticipated to be issued on or around May 23, 2025, and will be available on the DLA DIBBS website. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website. Proposals must be submitted by the closing date and time listed in the solicitation. Additional information, including technical specifications, training, technical data, IUID tags, removal of existing machine, installation, and shipping requirements, will be included in the solicitation. The government will provide utility connections within 20 feet of the C2 cleaning system. The contractor is responsible for all utilities and connections from that point to the equipment. The space requirements for the loading/laydown area will be discussed in the post-award conference. The contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of existing equipment and hazardous waste, as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. The government will provide hazardous waste roll-off bins as needed. After acceptance testing, specialized training will be provided to government personnel for a minimum of 10 employees.

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for an ultrasonic cleaning system. The requirement is to provide an M61A1 gun system ultrasonic parts cleaner meeting the attached salient characteristics. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2025 03. Offerors are responsible for reviewing the website for amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation.

The Rutherford County Board of Education is requesting bids for custodial supplies and equipment. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on May 16, 2025, to the address provided. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The board reserves the right to increase or decrease amounts and/or quantities, waive formalities, accept bids as a whole or in parts, and reject any or all bids. Bidders must comply with all specifications, including providing samples for substitute items, and must be in compliance with Tennessee state and federal laws, including criminal background checks and drug-free workplace programs. The contract term is up to 60 months, potentially extendable to 12 months at a time, with mutual agreement. Delivery must be made to schools within 5 business days of order receipt. A minimum dollar amount for delivery will not be accepted. The vendor must notify Rutherford County immediately upon receipt of an order of any items on backorder, and the anticipated timeline the item will be available. Rutherford County will notify the vendor within one week whether Rutherford County will wait for the item or if it will move on to the next vendor with the item in stock. Rutherford County will not be responsible for purchasing backorder items ordered by the vendor prior to Rutherford County's notification on intent to purchase said items. Bid prices must be good for a minimum of 6 months after acceptance by the board of education. After that period, 30 days written notice is required for decrease or increase in price. After written notice is given, custodial supplies may be subject to rebid or go to the next lowest bidder.
