Camp Equipment Government Bids & RFPs

Delivery is FOB destination and requested ASAP after notice of award and receipt of purchase order. Bidders must guarantee delivery within 90 days.

Payment is net 30. Payment will be issued after satisfactory completion of work and submission of reports detailing dates, locations, tasks, and findings.

All items delivered must be guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. Deliveries of incorrect or faulty items will be rejected and returned at vendor's expense.

Awards may be made by individual item, grouped items, or lot. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.

Contractor must provide prevailing wages per NYSDOL Article 8 and standard insurance provisions as described in Schedule A. MBE/WBE participation is encouraged.

Failure to deliver within specified time may cause cancellation of order and/or removal from bidders list. Additional costs incurred by the college may be charged to the original vendor.

All bidders will have the opportunity to walk through the campus and/or review the 2026 inspection reports upon request to the EHS manager via email.

No vendor may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

Bids must be properly signed and received by the purchasing department on or before the due date. Copies from other sources are not official and may be incomplete, resulting in disqualification.

Bids must be delivered by September 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. bids shall be delivered no later than 10: 00am est, september 29, 2026

Contractors must provide all required all warranty and closeout documents as indicated for their scope of work.

Contractors may need to provide aia qualification statement and supplemental information as requested and 3 three years financial statements prepared by an independent certified public accountant.

A prebid meeting and site visit is mandatory. a prebid meeting and site visit will be held on September 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Protests must be submitted in writing within seven 7 business days after such bidder or contractor learned or should have learned of an adverse decision.

Bids without required sworn and notarized statements will not be accepted by the board. Late bids will be returned to the bidder unopened.

The estimated value is $779,****, as stated: awarded a purchase order to compass 360 solutions, llc in the amount of $ 779, ****.

Proposals are due by 11:00 AM CDT on 09/21/2026. The period of performance is 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. proposals are to be submitted via email only and on or before the due datetime stated in block 13.

Payment will be made via FSC E-Invoicing. invoice must be submitted electronically and payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Payment in advance for materials stored offsite is not authorized unless approved by the Contracting Officer.

Boilers must include manufacturer's standard warranty. boilers shall include manufacturers standard form in which manufacturer agrees to repair or replace components of boilers that fail in materials or workmanship within specified warranty period.

Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer and the government intends to award a single contract to a qualified servicedisabled veteranowned small business sdvosb.

Offerors must be SDVOSB certified in SBA DSBS registry. in order to be eligible to receive an award under this solicitation, the sdvosb joint venture jvcontractors must provide proofdocumentation of sba certificationdsbs registry at the time of offers due and at award.

Failure to provide required documentation will render proposals nonresponsive. failure to complete and sign all required rfocertifications will render the offeror as technically unacceptable and ineligible for award.

Site visit is on 08/27/2026 at 9 AM EST, Building 2, Second Floor, Room 216. there will only be one 1 site visit and please make sure you bring any necessary items to properly inspect the site.

RFIs must be submitted in writing. questionsreceived after 10: 00 am est september 02, 2026, will not be answered unless determined to be in the best interest of thegovernment.

Failure to submit bid bond, SAM registration, or SBA DSBS proof will disqualify. bids lacking the required guarantee, in proper form and amount, by bid opening will be rejected and failure to provide such documentation will render the proposal technically unacceptable and nonresponsive.
