The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking information for a contract to provide vibration and ultrasound analysis for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to the FBI CJIS Division, Clarksburg, WV. Responses to this sources sought notice are limited to no more than three pages and should be submitted by Friday, January 23, 2026, by 4:00 PM EST. The total period of performance for this contract, to include all options, shall not exceed five calendar years. The contractor must provide biannual status reports/log to the contracting officer (CO) and the contracting office representative (COR). The contractor is open for inspection, at any time, by the FBI safety staff while on site at the CJIS division. Upon the award of a contract, appropriate contractor individuals will be processed as directed by FBI policies and procedures.
