Request for Proposal for Indianapolis Campus Overflow Housing for Students 30- 40 double occupancy rooms, each furnished with two queen beds. Rooms should be clustered together to the greatest extent possible. Flexibility to add or remove furniture as needed to ensure an equitable experience for two occupants. Complimentary access to standard complimentary hotel amenities, including fitness center, swimming pool, wifi able to handle bandwidth needs for 60- 70 full- time residents, breakfast, and business center.
