This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the repair of body damage on a Blue Bird bus. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. Offers must be submitted electronically via email by Monday, March 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. The submission should include three separate attachments: technical capability, past performance, and price. The award will be a firm-fixed-price contract. The repairs must be completed no later than June 30, 2026, or 90 days after authorization, whichever is longer. Delivery will be within 5 days of the notice to proceed. A site visit is not scheduled, but offerors are encouraged to conduct their own research at their own expense. Award will be made to the offeror providing the most advantageous quote to the government, based on technical factors (equipment, availability, licenses), past performance, and price.
Offerors must provide information about the proposed equipment, transportation availability, and valid licenses with endorsements and certifications to operate the equipment. Past performance will be evaluated for relevance and recency, and an unacceptable rating will result in no award.
A site visit has not been scheduled for this requirement. Offerors are encouraged to conduct their own research into the area at their own expense.
