The contract period of performance is September 14, 2026, to September 13, 2027.
Payment will be made via electronic funds transfer through the Tungsten Network. Invoices are submitted upon completion, inspection, and acceptance.
The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, specifically technical capability, past performance, and price.
Contractors must possess a current business license for pest control services in Texas and directly employ a licensed and certified pesticide applicator in Texas. Preference will be given to QualityPro accredited companies.
Failure to comply with requirements may result in work stoppage, contract termination, or other remedies available to the government. Willful misrepresentation of SDVOSB status can lead to debarment.
Site visits are scheduled: VAMC San Antonio on August 11, 2026, at **** CDT, and VAMC Kerrville on August 12, 2026, at **** CDT.
Failure to submit a complete offer, failure to return all required documentation, or providing false information can lead to disqualification.
