The bid is due on or about November 10, 2025.

Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award.

The park district may make such investigations as the park district deems necessary to assist in the evaluation of any bid and to establish the responsibility, qualifications, and financial ability of bidders to perform and furnish the materials and/or services in accordance with the contract to the park districts satisfaction within the prescribed time.

Any vendor who desires a site visit for the purpose of inspecting buildings and/or equipment must schedule such visit with the purchasing supervisor.

For example, product cut sheet, photocopy of product label, etc. If staff is unable to make a determination whether product is an approved equal, a sample may be required and shall be at the expense of the vendor.

The bid notice states awarded contractor shall deliver products within five 5 business days of the order being placed by lbpud.
