This is a non-personal services contract for providing support for a JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge camp in Lee and Collier County schools. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, lodging, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, trainers, and meal services. The camp is scheduled for June 5th-9th, 2025, and must be located within 257 miles of Bonita Springs High School. Specific tasks include providing lodging, meals (with a sample menu), medical facilities, training facilities (including swimming pools, lake access, rappelling, ziplining, archery, etc. ), golf carts, and portable latrines. The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and provide a contract manager. Invoices are due within 10 days of the camp's conclusion. No changes to the dates are possible.
