The Educational Service District 112 (ESD112) is soliciting bids for
HVAC installation on their **** building. Bidders must comply with all management cost of bid award, administrative requirements established by Washington administrative code, and any subsequent amendments. A site visit is required before bidding. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on October 17, 2025. All bids become the property of ESD112. The winning bidder will notify the owner of the RTU weight so the owner can make appropriate structural changes if any. The project is a prevailing wage project. The bidder must provide proof of insurance (commercial general liability, auto liability, property insurance, and workers compensation). The
contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and installation. The
contractor shall keep the premises free from waste material and rubbish. The
contractor shall remove all rubbish, tools, scaffolding, and surplus materials at the end of each workday and upon completion of the project. If not, ESD112 may remove the rubbish and charge the cost to the
contractor. The
contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal laws governing the confidentiality of information. The bid must contain a statement disclosing or denying any interest, financial or otherwise, that any employee or official of ESD112 or the appropriate advisory board may have in the proposing agency or proposed project. The prospective
contractor guarantees that, in connection with this bid, the prices and/or cost data have been arrived at independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement for the purpose of restricting competition. No contingent fees for such assistance will be allowed to be paid under any contract resulting from the ITB. The ITB does not commit ESD112 to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this ITB, or to procure or contract for services or supplies. A bid received after the date and time indicated will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made. Oral presentations may be required of those prospective
contractors whose bids are under consideration. Auditing or monitoring for fund accountability, contract compliance, and program performance will be conducted at the discretion of ESD112. Protests must be submitted in writing to the ESD112 purchasing manager, within three days. Public safety may require background checks if stipulated below. The deadline for questions is October 10, 2025.
