This is a sources sought notice (SSN) for technical engineering support services. No proposals are requested. The agency is seeking capable firms to perform technical systems engineering, analysis, and program support services for the integration of the Trident II D5 submarine launched ballistic missile (SLBM) within the joint U. S. /UK common missile compartment (CMC) on board U. S. Columbia-class and UK Dreadnought-class submarine platforms and land-based facilities. The anticipated contract will contain a base year effort for FY2026 and include options through FY2030. Respondents must provide recent and relevant past performance data. White paper capability statements are due no later than June 6, 2025, 4:00 PM EST, submitted via email to ***@***. *. * white papers shall not exceed 10 pages in total, using 12-point Times New Roman font and 1-inch margins. The government is seeking detailed content and responses to the SSN requirements over any promotional details, pictures, etc. All white paper capability submittals shall include company administrative data (company name, contact information, UEI, CAGE code, size of business, ownership, years in business, current security clearance). Respondents must indicate which portions of their response are proprietary/business-sensitive. All costs associated with responding to this SSN are at the interested party's expense.
