Payment will be made by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Division of Finance - Accounts Payable. Invoices must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * may be made by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT).
FDIC will accept the contractor's commercial warranty but does not accept a disclaimer of the implied warranty that items are merchantable and fit for use. FDIC also does not accept a disclaimer of any warranties expressly provided for in the contract.
