The University of Utah is seeking a forecasting and analytics solution for its campus store's inventory planning and merchandising. The awarded vendor will provide personnel, software, tools, implementation services, data support, training, reporting, and ongoing planning/advisory services. Key functionalities include sales forecasting, inventory planning, markdown planning, cash flow planning, and actionable recommendations. Vendors must confirm they are not debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by a governmental entity and agree to notify the university if they become ineligible for contracting. Registration in SAM. gov is required if federal funding is used. Vendors must also complete the HECVAT and University of Utah Prospective Supplier Technical Questionnaire.
Failure to fully complete the HECVAT and IT questionnaire will render your proposal nonresponsive. Failure to comply with Section 508 and ADA requirements, or to submit acceptable compliance plans and timelines if working toward compliance, may also lead to disqualification.
