The contractor shall complete the entire work ready for use not later than 60 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

A warranty period of a minimum of 12 months after final acceptance is required.

The U. S. Government intends to award a contract purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of continuous experience in vehicle gate systems, perimeter security installations, and electrical/mechanical integration systems, with at least three similar projects completed in the last five years.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages will be assessed for each calendar day of delay.
