John Day transportation and site access twophase design build solicitation phase i design, site preparation, civil, electrical, mechanical, and architectural features. design and constructing a new access control point acp, reconfiguring portions of the existing road to accommodate oversize load vehicles, and increasing the security boundary on the oregon entrance side of john day dam. the new access control point will include a security guard booth check point with an inspection canopy outside the new security boundary to allow for vehicle inspections. additionally an auxiliary monitoring station ams building will be included outside the new security boundary. provide final design analyses with accompanying design documentation report, final design plans and specifications, execute construction, and provide a turnkey ams and acp for john day dam securities use.
