The response deadline for bids is May 7, 2026, at 02:00 PM CT.

The bid notice states that the seller warrants that the goods furnished will conform to the specifications, drawings, and descriptions listed in the bid invitation and to the samples furnished by the seller, if any. The seller also warrants that the product sold to the county shall conform to the standards promulgated by the U. S. Department of Labor under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of ****.

Bidders must provide three references to verify their performance, including sales and/or service, delivery, invoicing, and other items required to determine the vendor's ability to provide the intended goods or service. Tarrant County prefers references from government customers who can verify the quality of service and that the bidder has completed a project of similar size and scope of work.

A virtual prebid conference is scheduled for April 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. Vendors planning to attend must RSVP by April 21, 2026. Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled prebid conference does so at their own risk and waives any right to assert claims due to undiscovered conditions.

The RFQ closing date is extended to April 1, 2026, at 12:30 PM EST. All quotations must be received by the new closing date. The original solicitation instructions should be followed for submission.

The prime contractor must self-perform at least 50% of personnel costs. Work subcontracted to similarly situated small businesses counts towards this limit.

The bid notice states that there will be no further site visits.

The bid submission deadline is April 20, 2026, at 14:00:00 CDT. The due date for shipping is also listed as ****.

The respondent shall indicate the standard warranty period.

Respondents must comply with the requirements of TENN. CODE **** bids over $25,000 requiring a contractor's license, respondents must provide the contractor's and any subcontractors' Tennessee State Contractor License number, license classifications applicable to the bid, and license expiration date. Bidders must also affirm compliance with the Iran Divestment Act and provide documentation of registration with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax, or proof of exemption.
