The Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) may provide directions to conduct site visits during the evaluation phase to gather information for judging the offeror's potential for correcting deficiencies, quality of development or manufacturing practices/processes, or other areas useful in evaluating the offer.
If an offeror believes that the requirements in these instructions contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the offeror shall notify the Contracting Officer (CO) within 10 calendar days of RFP release via email with supporting rationale.
