The delivery schedule for all items is 18 weeks from the date of award.

Payment will be made by the government, and electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports is required via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The contractor shall extend to the government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the government. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty if applicable with its offer. The warranty covers a period of months. Offeror is to insert number.

Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.

Offerors must be authorized resellers or distributors and provide documentation from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) confirming this status. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Quotations submitted without OEM authorization documentation may not be considered for award. Quotations that take exception to the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be rejected.

The bid notice states that items are to be delivered 30 to 60 days after the award date.

The bid notice states that responses are to detail the technical capabilities, qualifications and experience and shall not exceed two 2 pages. A cover sheet shall be included not counted in page limit identifying the company name, point s of contact, phone number s, fax number s, e mail address es, etc. Also include on the cover sheet the contract number, title and no more than a three line description of any contract your company is has provided services under any dod or federal contract, including gsa schedules, for the services described above.
