Competence in these areas shall be demonstrated through a written description of the vendors past and/or current experience. Respondents shall describe their technical approach for a GPS increment 2 GNSS M-Code receiver suitable for integration into JASSM. The government is interested in open, nonproprietary, standardized electrical and physical interfaces and encourages open-systems architectures where practical. Respondents shall identify existing programs leveraged, current technology readiness level (TRL) and manufacturing readiness level (MRL), and the funded plan to achieve the required maturity. The point-of-departure design should be at or above TRL/MRL 5 and applicable to U. S. DOD tactical missiles or bombs. Respondents shall identify the status of increment 2 M-code ASIC certification with the GPS Directorate Security Team, including the schedule if certification is pending. It is desirable that respondents have an active production line delivering DOD M-Code receivers. Respondents shall recommend a notional low-risk development and integration schedule starting at contract award time 0 and identifying major program events including SRR, PDR, CDR, qualification testing, flight testing, production readiness review, and delivery to the JASSM production line. Respondents shall identify existing digital engineering tools, environments, and DOD contracts currently in use and describe planned digital engineering collaboration with the JASSM prime contractor and any applicable open architecture products. Respondents shall describe the technical data package available for the design and provide intellectual property assertions sufficient to support government assessment of the digital development environment.
