Sealed bids will be received electronically until 11:00 AM CT on August 12, 2026, for City Annex Phase 1 FF&E. Bids will be opened on the same date and time. The contract term is from the date of execution until November 15, 2026, with potential extensions. Payment terms are net 45 days upon receipt of an acceptable invoice after work is performed, inspected, and accepted. A bid bond of 5% is required. Payment and performance bonds are required within 10 days of award. The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid.
