Construction Audit Services Construction audit services for construction manager at risk ( CMAR), design- build, and other project delivery methods. Offerors must affirm in writing that they will provide construction-related auditing services without the use of subcontractors and that their designated engagement partner possesses a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Texas or a Certified Construction Auditor (CCA) designation.
Written questions must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the deadline for proposals.
Proposers who violate policy by contacting unauthorized personnel may be subject to disqualification from competition. Failure to meet minimum qualifications is grounds for rejection.
