The bid notice states that payments shall be paid to the contractor within thirty (30) days contingent upon the application of payment discounts, from the date of receipt by the City's authorized contact of properly documented invoices, and on the condition that the contractor has delivered the goods and/or performed the services to the satisfaction of the City.
