emergency repairs to the sludge holding system for the lake norman woods waste water treatment plant wwtp installation of a temporary sludge holding tank to provide dedicated sludge storage, as the internal wall of the existing sludge holding tank has failed. the temporary tank will maintain operations during the interim period while the wastewater treatment plant is replaced under future contract. the scope of work includes a 2, 500 gallon fiberglass reinforced, hdpe or plastic replacement tank for the failing sludge holding tank and associated pvc piping and ball valves for the waste sludge piping, decant and drainage piping, aeration piping and diffusers. provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals necessary to complete all work required by the contract documents to furnish and install all work as shown on the drawings and specified herein including connections to existing wwtp and pump station, site restoration and fencing.
